Who We Are
Maryland Caregiver & Senior Services Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of life for seniors, caregivers, and families throughout Maryland.
We recognize that aging with dignity requires more than healthcare alone. Seniors and their families need access to reliable resources, knowledgeable caregivers, supportive services, health education, and strong community connections.
At the same time, caregivers need education, professional development, resources, and opportunities that equip them to provide quality care while building sustainable careers.
Our organization exists to help bridge these gaps by connecting individuals and families with the education, support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Maryland Caregiver and Senior Services Foundation, Incorporated is dedicated to improving the lives of seniors, caregivers, and families by providing education, workforce development, supportive services, health promotion, and access to resources that foster independence, dignity, and quality of life.
To build a Maryland where every senior can age with dignity, independence, and the support they deserve, while empowering caregivers with the education, resources, and opportunities needed to provide exceptional care and strengthen our communities.
Our programs and initiatives are designed to support:
Older adults seeking resources, education, supportive services, and opportunities to maintain independence and quality of life.
Family members caring for aging loved ones who need information, education, resources, referrals, and additional support.
Individuals seeking education, professional development, workforce preparation, and career opportunities within the caregiving field.
Families navigating aging, caregiving responsibilities, and changing support needs who may benefit from community resources and referrals.
Community organizations, healthcare providers, employers, and other partners working together to strengthen the network of services available to Maryland seniors and caregivers.
Every individual deserves to be treated with compassion, respect, and dignity regardless of age, ability, or circumstance.
We believe seniors should have access to the resources and support necessary to remain as independent, safe, and engaged as possible.
We equip caregivers, seniors, and families with knowledge, resources, and opportunities that help them make informed decisions and improve their quality of life.
Education strengthens both individuals and communities. We are committed to increasing access to training, health information, caregiver education, and workforce development.
No senior, caregiver, or family should have to navigate aging or caregiving alone. We believe collaboration and community partnerships create stronger systems of support.
Compassion is at the heart of caregiving. We approach the individuals and families we serve with understanding, patience, empathy, and respect.

Maryland Caregiver & Senior Services Foundation, Inc. is committed to building stronger connections between seniors, caregivers, families, healthcare professionals, employers, and community resources.
Through education, supportive services, workforce development, health promotion, and strategic partnerships, we are working toward a Maryland where seniors are supported, caregivers are empowered, and families have access to the resources they need.
